Job Responsibilities:

  • Office Administrative skills
  • They will need to be technically inclined with general knowledge on navigating through a computer.
  • Must understand how to use excel.
  • Flexible when job demands increase.

Job Requirements:

  • Team originated due to working within multiple departments.
  • Must be punctual and professional.
  • Adaptable.
  • Strong Detail Oriented skills, organized, and motivated.
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment.
  • Computer literate.
  • Excellent spelling and grammar structure.
  • Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within various software programs.
  • Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods.
  • 2 years of data entry experience or related office experience.
  • Comfortable with office equipment including a computer, telephone, scanner, calculator, and photocopier.
  • Customer Service skills 2 years.

Additional Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Working knowledge of client billing systems.
  • Create As-Builts & Invoices.
  • Submit jobs, blueprints, maps, job to planners.
  • Correct minor billing issues.
  • Communicate project status, updates and issues with managers.
  • Payments, Collections and cross train on AP/AR duties.
  • Workload audit in Penguin Data to contractors weekly.
  • Manage/track/notes for flow of projects from assignment through billing.
  • Validates posted hours, crew assignments and dailies.
  • Prepares and distributes jobs with company projected hours.
  • Effectively oversee billing operations and processes in order to ensure collection of account balances

Preferred experience:

  • Independent worker with great listening skills.
  • Proficient in writing and communicating in English.
  • Customer Service experience 1-2 years
  • Data Entry: 1 year
  • Microsoft Excel: 1 year
  • Billing experience 1-2 years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
