Brand Manager - Commercial Job at SP Industries
Scientific Products, an ATS Life Sciences Company is searching for a Brand Manager to join the team!
This is a Remote position. Will require occasiaonal travel to our Warminster, PA facility.
As a part of the Marketing Team, the Brand Manager will work collaboratively with marketing, sales, service, and portfolio management teams as well as distributor partners to drive sales growth and effectively communicate the value proposition of ATS Life Sciences Scientific Products brands: FTS, Genevac, Hull i-Dositecno, Hotpack, VirTis, Service and Training. This role will mainly focus on marketing for our aseptic fill-finish portfolio, but will provide marketing support to all equipment portfolios.
The Brand Manager role involves development and management of integrated marketing campaigns, incorporating all elements of the marketing mix. This includes, but is not limited to print and digital literature, advertising, scientific content, tradeshows and distributor sales meetings, web content, digital marketing, analytics, reporting, and any other marketing activities required to achieve brand awareness and lead generation goals.
This role requires a proactive, flexible, organized and detail-oriented team player with excellent time management skills who knows how to multitask, communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and deliver on key deadlines.

What you will do:
- Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across all networks and channels.
- You will also be responsible for planning and managing events of varying sizes and purposes, with a majority focus on trade shows and additional support for Training events
- Your central goal is to help grow our business while increasing brand loyalty and awareness.
Portfolio Marketing Responsibilities
- Develop engaging online content for digital marketing, social media, blogs, infographics, and sales materials to achieve brand awareness and lead generation goals
- Email marketing management including conception, distribution, and reporting as well as maintenance of contacts lists
- Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance, evaluate metrics, and drive recommendations for change/improvement
- Work with Portfolio Management for assigned products to develop campaigns including product workflows, application focus, sales collateral, or other strategies determined
- Oversee and distribute all internal communications including product information, social media updates, newsletters, etc.
- In collaboration with Brand and Portfolio Management team, creation, maintenance and management of physical and digital literature, product packaging, branding, photography, videos, training, etc. working with outside sources when necessary
- Product launches pertaining to market segment, assisting with other market launches when needed
- Assisting Digital Marketing Manager with website updates & maintenance including product content, promotional banners, page layouts, video integration, campaigns, articles, etc.
- Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
- Keep abreast of new technologies, trends and changing behaviors, working with stakeholders to drive successful adoption and best practices
Event Management Responsibilities
- Responsible for all logistics that go into planning and hosting an event or attending a trade show
- Book venues, photographers, and schedule speakers
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and venues
- Track all event costs and ensure the right staff are present for the event
- Research, order, and manage inventory of branded giveaways for promotion and events
- Oversee and manage all contests and giveaways
- Plan for potential scenarios that could impact the integrity of the event
- Liaise with vendors and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure all is in order
- Manage all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes
- Responsible for distributing monthly President’s Club incentives to sales team
- Excellent communication skills, well-organized with attention to detail
- Collaborate with Portfolio Management and Sales team for tradeshows including pre- and post- show planning to ensure stated goals and objectives are met
Skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills with ability to present scientific products and information in a clear, concise format
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, tracking and meeting deadlines
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Excel, Adobe Acrobat, database management
- Experience/knowledge of web copy development to maximize SEO preferred
- Prior work experience in B to B setting utilizing distribution channel preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills with ability to present scientific products and information in a clear, concise format
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, tracking and meeting deadlines
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Excel, Adobe Acrobat, database management
- Experience/knowledge of web copy development to maximize SEO preferred
- Prior work experience in B to B setting utilizing distribution channel preferred
- Experience/knowledge of graphic design, digital media, advertising, and development protocol for catalogs preferred
- Experience/knowledge of graphic design, digital media, advertising, and development protocol for catalogs preferred
- Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-5 years digital marketing experience, familiarity with scientific/laboratory products a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, or similar
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Adobe Creative Suite, and Youtube
- Up to date on latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
- Must be a self-starter with the proven ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently with high attention to detail and excellent follow-through
- Outstanding customer focus with the proven ability to effectively and professionally interact and communicate (both verbally and in writing) with internal and external customers at all organizational levels
- Must be flexible with the ability to travel up to 25% (primarily domestic) as required
