Job Title: Business Development Director

Compensation Range: $65,000+ annually

Position Summary

Help influence the growth of our market by collaborating with the Marketing team and senior leadership to effectively close sales and achieve target goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the ongoing development of new client development
  • Attend Business Development meetings, events, and industry conferences as needed
  • Actively network with new Associations to build a pipeline of prospects
  • Monitor market competition and keep on top of industry trends
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to obtain new business contracts
  • Maintain CRM database with lead information and related sales activities
  • Build a positive rapport with potential clients to understand their business needs
  • Continually seek out innovative ways to convey our value to prospective clients
  • Participate in the sales process by delivering presentations to prospective clients
  • Manage sales processes by tracking lead information and potential areas of opportunity
  • Manage both internal and external working relationships efficiently and effectively
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales team to assist in preparation of proposal responses

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field – preferably in Marketing or sales.
  • 3+ years of successful sales experience
  • 3+ years of HOA management experience preferred

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Walking and moving throughout communities as needed while conducting site visits
  • Sitting and/ or standing for moderate periods of time.

Work Location: 9000 E Pima Center Pkwy Scottsdale, AZ 85258

Work Hours: Regular hours are Monday – Friday from 8a – 5p

Travel Requirements: Some local travel with use of personal vehicle
