CAD Designer Job at AI Engineers, Inc.
Our Middletown office is looking for an experienced CAD Designer to support ongoing and new projects. The ideal candidate should have 5 or more years of experience with proficiency in AutoCAD and MicroStation. Additional experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or InRoads is also desirable. Strong communication skills, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality are required for this opportunity.
Job Requirements:
- An associate's or Bachelor’s degree or completion of technical trade school in CAD or a related field is preferred. Candidates with equivalent on the job training will also be considered.
- Demonstrated proficiency using document control systems.
- Strong communication skills, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
Job Duties will include:
- Collaborate with design engineers to develop construction documents.
- Utilize document control system to properly track drawings and follow established procedures.
- Develop record drawings using compiled field and office data.
- Review design drawings to ensure adherence to established CAD standards.
