About the Role
Call Center Trainer Responsibilities:
- Developing call centers' education materials, such as digital presentations, and how-to manuals.
- Scheduling and conducting training sessions on various call center topics to prepare and support new employees.
- Observing the daily operations of call center employees and identifying any areas of improvement.
- Liaising with team leaders and supervisors to conduct on-the-job coaching.
- Measuring the effectiveness of training sessions and preparing individual or team progress reports.
- Assist with doing additional QA during classes.
Call Center Trainer Requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience working in a call center trainer environment.
- Familiarity with learning management systems, such as Teams or Webex.
- Excellent knowledge of customer service best practices.
- Strong teaching abilities and mentoring skills.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to provide leadership to personnel in a fast-paced and stressful work environment.
- High School diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Background and drug screening required
- Bilingual a Plus
3-4 mintues presentation (power point) is required as part on the interview process.
