This position may be performed remotely anywhere within the United States except for the State of Alaska, North Dakota, or South Dakota.
Will work across the organization and own strategy through execution of integrated demand generation programs and campaigns. The role will focus on generating net new leads enabling the organization to break into new logo accounts and expand our footprint within existing accounts. This candidate will have experience planning and executing multi-touch programs through a wide variety of digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate will lead programs from strategy to execution, collaborate with a variety of stakeholders across the organization. This role requires the candidate to partner closely with other marketing team members and sales to conceptualize and execute integrated campaigns.

What You'll Do
- Own the development, planning and execution of campaigns and other initiatives with the goal of generating demand and meeting or exceeding pipeline and revenue targets.
- Compile, leverage and analyze data and insights to inform campaign strategy, content, and tactic mix, and then work cross-functionally to oversee the continuous optimization of programs.
- Develop creative briefs identifying key messaging, target audience, and creative direction for assets including ads, website, landing pages, content downloads, etc.
- Partner closely with Product Marketing, agency partners and content team to build, manage, and optimize campaigns including identifying the right channel mix, content, and assets to enable decision maker engagement and action.
- Responsible for managing, updating, and reporting on program performance and forecasts.
- Work cross-functionally to align with stakeholders on success criteria, agreed-upon metrics, and identify gaps and action plans to course-correct as the campaign execution unfolds.
- Use A/B rotational testing to prove hypotheses and recommend performance optimizations.
- Partner closely with the web and digital teams on user experience improvements, including testing plans, cohesive journeys, and conversion optimization.
- Socialize campaign plans with stakeholders and internal teams and gain consensus and buy-in.
- Build excellent working relationships with all key business leaders, colleagues, and the broader team, including those in Operations, Legal, and Sales
- Participate in executive presentations as needed.
- Cultivate an environment of teamwork, openness, creativity, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other team members and leaders to establish strategic plans and objectives.
- Take on ad-hoc projects as needed.
What You'll Bring to The Team
- 5+ years of success leading integrated B2B marketing initiatives, including demand generation and campaign management.
- Applied experience developing segmented campaigns across industry verticals.
- Proficient knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, ABM and related platforms.
- Experience in online and digital marketing, including an understanding of the latest B2B, ABM and customer engagement tactics; experience planning and executing integrated programs and campaigns.
- Excellent written and oral communication and project management skills.
- A track record of being resourceful and self-reliant is a must.
