Responsibilities
- 1. Help recruiter onboard new caregivers 2. Manage phone screen/interview/police check/reference check procedures for recruiting purposes 3. Hire/train/manage caregivers 4. Maintain caregiver/personnel files 5. Coordinate case load 6. Interact with clients 3. Home visits 4. Manage 3rd party cases in accordance with individual contracts 5. Participate in on call schedule
Qualifications
- Opportunity to work from home! 2 years of care management helpful but not required. Will train right applicant
