Bachelor's degree in the Human Service Field. Experience in Mental Health field preferred.
Seeking individuals who have an interest in being a part of the life of adults experiencing mental illness. As a Case Manager you will be in integral part of helping people manage their mental health issues, working together to determine their needs and assisting in the development of a Person-Centered Recovery Plan for managing their mental illness. The Case Manager is an integral part of a treatment team including psychiatric providers, Care Coordinators, Peer Support and family members working together to ensure a consumers' success in managing their mental illness. Training is provided in assessing needs, person centered treatment planning, crisis intervention, advocacy and psycho-social skills building including evidence-based coping skills, social skills, and developmental life skills. As a Case Manager you will have the flexibility to choose your work location and hours. We went to serve our consumers "Where they are and based on their level of need." This may include working in the office or in the consumers natural environment. Services can be provided via telephone/televideo and in person. Must have current Texas driver's license; meet insurance criteria, and ability to pass all applicable training. This position is NOT a remote position.
