We are looking for skilled Cooks to prepare over 250 delicious gourmet popcorn flavors. You will operate a popcorn cooker to make mouth-watering flavors that will delight our customers with their taste and timely delivery. An excellent cook must be able to follow instructions in cooking and delivering well-prepared gourmet popcorn. They must be deft in moving around the kitchen and apt in multi-tasking. The goal is to help preserve and enhance our reputation so we can expand our clientele.
Responsibilities (Cook)
- Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and popcorn equipment
- Prepare ingredients to use for all popcorn flavors
- Follow all recipes with no variation to ensure Popcorn World is always serving the highest quality products.
- Ensure great presentation by ensuring that the store is clean, presentable to customers, and fully stocked at all times
- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the popper area
- Ensure all popcorn and other items are stored properly
- Ensure that health and safety guidelines are met including the proper function of store equipment
- Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Clearly communicate both verbally and in writing
- Work varied hours/days including Saturdays and holidays as needed.
- Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs

Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
