Center Manager Job at Samuel Staffing
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Center Manager to oversee the daily operations of our medical clinic in Wilmington, DE. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our center, providing a safe and welcoming environment for our staff, and ensuring that all regulatory and compliance requirements are met.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the center, including staffing, inventory management, and quality control.
- Maintaining Profit and Loss Reports
- Ensure that all staff members are properly trained and that they adhere to standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase retention and satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and standards.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, respect, and excellence among staff members.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required Bachelor’s/Associate’s degree preferred (e.g. nursing, business administration, Finance or related field).
- Active LPN license
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
