Center Manager – Internal Medicine

Position Overview

The Center Manager – Internal Medicine will oversee all clinical components of the Internal Medicine department located at our Edgemont Campus. The Center Manager must abide by various regulatory compliance rules and must always treat patients with dignity and respect

General Responsibilities

• Ensure effective patient flow and exceptional patient care
• Responsible for clinical staffing, budgeting, training, and evaluations
• Effectively deal with conflict including resolving patient complaints and employee concerns
• Develop and implement process and procedure changes within the health center
• Leads and participates in management committees focused on improving and expanding the organization.
• Mentors clinical staff to encourage growth and to develop future leaders.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required
• Registered Nurse License in the state of Ohio required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred or current enrollment in a BSN program required.
• 5+ years of nursing experience required
• 3+ years of clinical management experience required
• Windows-based computer experience required
• Supervisory experience working with multi-disciplined teams preferred
• EPIC experience preferred

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
