We're looking for a creative and enthusiastic Executive Chef to help lead our talented culinary team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced chef to develop and execute menu items that will attract new customers, increase sales and create a positive dining atmosphere. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, enjoy working with others and constantly looking for ways to fine-tune the culinary experience at our restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all kitchen staff to ensure that all dishes are prepared according to the restaurant's standards.
• Organize and coordinate the kitchen staff, including schedules and work assignments; train and supervise kitchen staff.
• Supervise dishwasher, line cooks, prep cooks, and other underling kitchen staff.
• Organize daily food deliveries to the restaurant.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workplace.
• Manage any waste disposal; this includes food waste, food preparation waste, plate waste, rubbish, etc.
• Assess the condition of the restaurant's supplies and determine what will need to be replenished in order to ensure that quality service is provided to customers.
• Manage inventory of all food supplies; this includes outgoing or prepared dishes as well as ingredients used in preparing dishes.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
