Position Summary: The Chemical Process Engineer provides technical engineering expertise to improve plant processes, equipment, utilities, equipment purchasing and new construction activities.
Position Responsibilities:
BS in Chemical Engineering
1-5 years of experience preferably in chemical manufacturing facility
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software; Design software; Development software; Internet software; Project Management software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations. Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis.

Position Summary: The Chemical Process Engineer provides technical engineering expertise to improve plant processes, equipment, utilities, equipment purchasing and new construction activities.
Position Responsibilities:
- Work with plant personnel to improve existing and new plant processes by resolving technical problems, maintaining production operations, and reducing overall plant operating costs.
- Involved in all plant projects that are broad in scope.
- Researches and provides technical advice on plant projects involving designing processes, purchasing process equipment, chemical compatibility of equipment needs, etc.
- Purchases new and used process equipment.
- Performs engineering studies and calculations for new technical and plant requirements.
