Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Children's Registered Behavioral Technician to join our team in San Luis Obispo with access to Orcutt. As a Registered Behavioral Technician, you will be responsible for working one-on-one with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) to implement behavior plans and interventions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will work with children in a variety of settings, including in-home, school, and center-based programs. You will also collect and record data on each child's progress, as well as communicate regularly with families and other healthcare professionals involved in the child's care.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a Registered Behavior Technician training program
• Experience working with children with ASD preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Availability to work flexible hours

Salary: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
