We are currently seeking Truck Drivers to join our team in Lavonia, GA

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for supervising the loading of the truck per Department of Transportation regulations. This includes adhering to legal weight limits, weight dispersion and proper tie down methods.
- Responsible for adhering to all federal, state and local laws while delivering the product to the specified customer.
- Act as a company ambassador while at the customer’s facility. Supervise the unloading of the truck to prevent injury or accidents. Responsible for getting all appropriate signature(s) on packing slips and other company documentation.
- Responsible for the overall maintenance of the company truck and trailer. This includes doing daily and weekly inspections of critical components and fluids. Report all nonconforming situations to the maintenance department. Keep the cab clean of trash and old paperwork.
- Support customers in following quality systems procedures
Position Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
High School Diploma or GED required
- Unexpired Class A CDL truck driver’s license
- Valid FMCSA medical card
- Demonstrated flatbed truck experience
- Experience making customer deliveries and pick-ups
- Must have clean driving record
- Industrial warehouse experience preferred
- Industrial lift-truck operation preferred
Experience Required: 1 - 3 Years
Education Required: GED
