Camco Hydraulics is looking for an experienced Class B CDL Driver with a fabrication background to transport and install compactors and balers.

This is NOT a driving only position. This position requires the delivery and installation of equipment.

We are looking for a commercial driver with a minimum of a Class B CDL to deliver and install equipment in the greater Cincinnati area. We will teach all facets of the job, but an ideal candidate will be capable with hand tools. Stick welding and/or torch cutting experience is a plus but not a requirement.

The role and responsibilities include:

• Transport finished goods/new machines to and from job site locations. Machines include balers, compactors, forklift, etc.
• Providing customer counter service, i.e. good written and verbal communication skills.
• Complete service requests in a prompt and efficient manner.
• Document and log work/rest periods and miles spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts.
• Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures.
• Install trash compactors, fabricate chutes and install cardboard balers as needed.
• Torch and cut old chutes, guide rails, etc. for removal.
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the job (including lifting and standing).
• Follow all safety procedures such as lockout/tagout, fire watch and fall protection protocols.
• Experience working with various hand tools and equipment.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Report defects, accidents or violations

*Class B CDL license recommended!
