Requirements:
Minimum 2 plus years in a Clinical Liaison or similar marketing position within long-term care or related healthcare setting.
Excellent clinical assessment skills.
Ability to manage assigned hospital accounts in servicing placement needs and promoting and aligning center programs and services to the need of patients and professionals
Ability to clinically screen and assess patient needs for appropriate placement in an SNF setting
Demonstrated ability to generate referrals and convert them to match overall census development goals
Superior communication and presentation skills
Ability to work flexible hours, as admission/marketing responsibilities may dictate.
