Clinical Research Nurse
Job Description:
Manages all aspects of conducting clinical trials. As the primary resource for the protocols, the research nurse will act as liaison between the investigators, primary care providers, the scientific and institutional review boards, and the sponsor. Along with the investigator, the research nurse will screen, enroll and follow study subjects of all ages, ensuring protocol compliance and close monitoring while the subjects are on study. Responsible for all data and source documentation, untoward event reporting, and maintenance of complete regulatory files. Work Experience: Research experience preferred.
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
Current licensure as a registered nurse with one of the following states: Minnesota, Wisconsin, or North Dakota. Must gain licensure with the remaining 2 states within 3 months of hire or transfer
BLS certification within 1 month from hire date.
For Clinical Trials - Indirect (Department 49991 and 11780) position
:
Current RN license in the employee's state of employment is required upon hire.

Pay Range
$62358 - $93538 / year
The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team.
