Abiomed’s Commercial Junior Military Officer Leadership Program is a unique opportunity for top Junior Military Officer talent looking to jumpstart their careers in the medical device industry. Qualified candidates are those who excelled in their military careers and are looking to begin a career in the highly sought after cardiovascular medical device space. Those accepted will be placed in a 1-year rotational training program, giving them broad exposure to the medical device sales industry. The goal of the program after one year will be for the candidate to be the next Associate Cardiology Account Manager in a newly created territory.

Our training program will consist of the following rotations:

• Leadership Development
• Clinical and Sales Skills
• Business Analytics
• Downstream Marketing

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years as a Commissioned Military Officer in the US Armed Forces
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 50-60% during rotational year
• Flexible with final location at end of rotational year
