In this role, you will:
  • Lead or participate in providing product support for Customer Service Management platform and technology initiatives for simple to moderately complex business problems across multiple systems.
  • Review and analyze complex business strategy/customer experience, analytics/research or product management that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Influence product strategy requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
  • Recommend solutions for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
  • Defines scope of features and stories for the L2 and reviews and refines when additional clarification is needed
  • Documents development approach and processes as needed
  • Partners closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, BA's, Technology Leads, Control groups and LOBs to develop comprehensive technology solutions
  • Contribute to large-scale planning related to the execution of the product strategy
  • Coordinate communication and information flow between product, business and technology teams.
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
Required Qualifications, US:
  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of digital product management experience or equivalent
  • Review and analyze complex product features and opportunities and develop solutions
  • Ability to synthesize data to form a story and align information to contrast or compare to industry perspective and historical business trends
  • Agile and Jira experience in large, regulated organizations
  • Knowledge and understanding of business workflow to enable problem resolution
  • Ability to facilitate meetings among remote resources
  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
  • Outstanding problem solving skills
  • Experience articulating issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management
  • Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective partnerships with multiple organizations and levels of employees
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
