Ellingson is hiring a Construction Operator to join their growing agriculture drain tile team. Ellingson is a stable, family values-based company that specializes in underground solutions throughout North Dakota, Minnesota, and South Dakota.

The Construction Opertor will be responsible for the following:
- Operates the construction equipment for maximum efficiency.
- Operates construction equipment to facilitate alignment, movement, and adjustment of machinery to conform to grade specifications.
- Inspects work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications.
- Follow all company policies and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Travel within a 3-hour radius of Harwood, ND, and up to 4 overnight stays during the work week.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions (heat, rain, snow, etc.)
- Long hours and overtime will be required, especially during our peak production seasons in spring and fall.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to perform hands-on work.
