- Location: Hybrid / Virtual (Open to both. If person is in Chicago, they would join us in office 2x week and other days would be virtual)
Project Overview:
1)Wealth Management (as, well as the rest of the corporation) is migrating our current intranet sites from SharePoint 2013 (Partner Passport) to a new Akumina / SharePoint Online platform. Our WM Modern Workplace team owns our WM intranet sites and is leading this effort for NT’s Wealth Management business unit. The slide below highlights scope of work.
2) Primarily responsible for approving content on the Wealth Management Internet site, and providing content owner support.
Contractor’s Role:
- Contractor will perform typical intranet content management responsibilities on a daily basis with existing site to become familiar with content and will be instrumental on migrating current state intranet sites and supported content to future Akumina / SharePoint Online platform. See slide below representing scope of work.
Experience Level: Mid
Qualifications:
- Must have content management experience with updating websites and be familiar with SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint Online.
Nice to Haves:
- Experiencing working with Microsoft 365 Product Suite, including Teams. Experience with Microsoft Power BI or Google Analytics is a plus.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Contractor will assist with typical intranet content management responsibilities with existing site, including reviewing Content Owner file submissions to ensure appropriate metadata/tags have been applied and approving content as part of content submission workflow.
- Attend Content Administrator / Owner Training to learn how to use new intranet platform.
- Assist with creating training material to support our WM Intranet Content Owners with new intranet platform/process.
- Manually migrate / upload files from existing site to new site, which includes applying required meta data.
- Create new intranet pages using Akumina platform widgets/templates and SharePoint Online functionality.
- Assist with pulling intranet site metrics (depends on candidate and skillset – not required).
- Work with broader team to complete other intranet-related tasks in support of project.
