We currently have several fantastic career opportunities available for Work from Home Client Service Representatives in the Phoenix area to work various shifts, including late evenings and weekends. Ideal candidates are intelligent and caring professionals who are seeking a career, not just a job, where they are passionate about providing top-notch client services - through inbound calls, emails, texts, and chats. Our team of Work from Home Client Service Representatives respond to potential client inquiries by collecting information related to personal injuries and setting appointments for offices throughout the state of Arizona. Job Requirements

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Bilingual: English/Spanish preferred (but not required)
• Minimum one-year recent experience in a call center environment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Must have strong computer skills along with the ability to learn software applications quickly
• Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm
• Must consistently follow through and follow-up, demonstrate compassion, have a positive attitude, be motivated and a self-starter
• Ability to think outside of the box and exhibit critical thinking skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Must have stable high-speed internet connection available in your home
• A secure, dedicated, and quiet indoor area in your home to work from
• The ability to work effectively in a work-at-home setting
• The ability to sit for long periods of time
• The ability to initially train for up to 12-weeks at our office located at 44th St. & Thomas Rd. in Phoenix, attend in-office meetings when necessary, pick-up/drop-off equipment and attend occasional special events
• Candidates must reside in the greater Phoenix, AZ area at the time of interview and hire
• Must pass background check and skills assessments
