CT Technologist Job at Cambay Healthcare LLC
CT Technologist:
Responsible to take quality diagnostic Scan of patients, include taking inventory of radiologic supplies, ensuring that the radiologic equipment is in good working order, and adhering to established guidelines on hygiene and infection control.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images of patients’ internal organs and tissues.
- Appropriately positioning patients to scan specific areas of their bodies.
- Performing regular warm-up sequences on the CT scanner to prolong the life of the X-ray tubes.
- Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure the safety of patients.
- Correctly interpreting doctors' written scanning instructions.
- Administering radiocontrast agents to patients to enhance the visibility of internal organs and tissues.
- Evaluating CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality.
Skills and qualifications Required:
- Strong communication skills
- Good time management and organization
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift and move patients.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
- Extensive knowledge of basic health care procedures
- Knowledge in measuring and administering medication.
- Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.
Education and other Requirements:
- State or Compact State license required.
- BLS from AHA required.
- Must have at least 1 year experience
- Must be Covid vaccinated.
Location: Multiple locations in United States.

- Night 5x8-Hour
- Day 5x8 Hour
Weekly Hours: 36 hours per week. OR 40 hours per week.
