Customer Care Representative Job at Powell & Turner Heatingand Cooling
We are a small family owned Heating and Cooling Company accepting Resumes for a Customer Service Rep to join our team! This position is Monday through Friday from 12PM-6PM, and one or two Saturdays a month from 9AM-1PM.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments for the Technicians from customer's phone calls and emails
- Process payments for appointments and Maintenance Plan renewals over the phone
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Office projects as given by Management
​Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service
- Previous experience with scheduling software preferred however we would be willing to train an applicant that has experience with appointment scheduling experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Transportation to the office is required as we are not on any bus route nor near Public Transportation.
