Ashley Furniture Industries is the #1 Furniture Manufacturer in the World. We are growing again and are in need of a Customer Service Manager for our Enfield, Ct office. The CSM reports directly to the VP of Operations

Requirements:
- Minimum five years' management experience in a customer service or retail environment.
- Proficient in PC-based applications.
- Leadership skills required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
