Position Title: Customer Service Representative
- AiRISTA Flow is the leading provider of Real Time Location System (RTLS) and RFID technology to its customers in healthcare, government, hospitality, industrial sectors as well as utility companies. AiRISTA Flow is looking for qualified and professional Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join our Customer Service Department with experience of inside sales. Your role as an AiRISTA Flow CSR is encompasses communication with customers and internal business units to provide timely and correct resolution to any customer related outstanding issues and handling internal business processes to provide such resolution. You will handle customer relationship to achieve customer satisfaction and assist with any specific questions and/or issues while delivering excellent customer service. You will be required to become proficient in using company’s business software and tools.
- Responsibilities
- Recognize individual customer service needs and resolving their inquiry using company’s systems including ERP and Help Desk software.
- Handle complaints and call out any issues where appropriate.
- Develop, maintain client relationship, and provide excellent customer service with interpersonal skills to recognize and support the specific needs of customers.
- Maintain and update customer related information in company systems to ensure accurate and up to date client records are always accessible by the entire CSD team.
- Respond to customer through a variety of channels including audio and video communication (both inbound and outbound), and written correspondence as appropriate.
- Use company’s training material, collateral, and information to acquire detailed knowledge of product ranges and services.
- Provide timely updates to customers and internal company business units’ team members when necessary
- Help to improve work processes to address requests and complaints swiftly and promptly.
- Possess high level of organization skills including task prioritization and data collection with high level of accuracy.
- Managing accounts and subscription Renewal.
- Skills and Expertise:
- Maintain excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Possess excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Work well with other team members and across departments
- Always remain professional and courteous with customers
- Proficiently use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Demonstrate collaborative and respectful behavior and maintain a positive, professional attitude when interacting with customers
- Maintain excellent time management, self-accountability, and ability to multi-task.
- Possess background in sales.

- Customer Service: 3+ years
- Minimum of Associate Degree
- Minimum of 1 year experience in contact /call Center

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
