Customer Service Representative - Job at AppleOne
Located in Simi Valley in need of 2 CSR•s. These are Temp to Hire. Pay is $20hr and once perm will get an increase in pay DOE.
Looking for a bright individual in a small but fast paced E-commerce office environment.
Job duties include answering inbound phone calls, responding to emails to assist customers with product questions, placing online orders for customers via phone, troubleshooting/researching customer issues, and preparing/mailing customers product samples.
Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills and multitasking abilities. Must be proficient in a Windows based environment with experience in Google Docs and Gmail. Customer service experience is a plus, but not required; we will train the right individual!
