Customer Service Representative

Salary: $16/hour, plus benefits (this is not a commission-based position)

Location: On-site in Jeannette, PA

Type: Permanent, full-time (part-time considered)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM ET

LP Aero Plastics, Inc., the world's leading manufacturer of acrylic windows for general aviation aircraft, race cars, boats, and military vehicles since 1968, is seeking a skilled Customer Service and Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to both our customer service and administrative departments, helping to maintain our excellent reputation in the aerospace and defense industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily orders and answer customer calls and emails regarding our product and service line
• Process sales transactions and develop marketing materials
• Process and assist with orders placed by the US military
• Perform sales and production data entry, assist with purchasing and other general administrative tasks
• Utilize CRM software (Salesforce) and accounting software (Intuit Quickbooks) to manage customer relations and financial data

Requirements:

• Strong customer service and/or administrative assistant background
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
• Knowledge of/experience with CRM software (Salesforce) and accounting software (Intuit Quickbooks) strongly desired
• Experience with inventory control software (Fishbowl Inventory) is a plus
• Knowledge of or experience working in the aviation industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Potential to travel 1-3 times per year for industry trade shows
