Duties:
- review orders to determine which CS components we will be expecting
- utilize OEM reports (or any other tools) to track ETA's of CS components
- maintain and distribute a weekly report of all CS components
- track any date changes of CS components and communicate these changes to affected parties
- investigate and assign unidentified CS components
- must be proficient in Excel & Microsoft Word
- any other duties to be assigned
- ability to work well with many types of people. Must be able to build good relationships with customers, OEM suppliers and the sales team
- understanding of CS components (chassis, reefers, etc.) as well as the Kidron product lines
- proficiency with Microsoft office applications, specifically Excel
- ability to mult-task. Kidron CSM Coordinator will regularly work with Customer Service, District Sales Managers, customers, OEM suppliers and other company employees
- will be sitting at desk for the entire work shift
