Nexio is looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our caring, intelligent, cohesive team! This person will have the technical skills needed to fix our merchant's customer support issues while also having an upbeat demeanor that leaves our merchants feeling happy about their experience.

Responsibilities

· Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and through our ticketing system to resolve their questions and concerns

· Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues

· Respond to requests for assistance with reconciliation and payment-related matters

· Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes

· Provide feedback to managers, product managers, and others on call issues

· Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Be proficient in PC operations

· Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

· Ability to stay composed and objective

· Positive and professional demeanor

· Strong listening skills

· Existing knowledge of credit card processing, gateways, or payment technologies (preferred)

· Prior customer support experience (preferred)
