Small company specializing in the import and distribution of gourmet foods seeks individual to assist with the data entry associated with orders and logistics.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing invoices to identify any discrepancies in description, pricing, or quantities
- Preparation of worksheets used for customs clearance
- Updating price lists annually
- Managing container schedule
- On-site involvement with reception of products
- Helping to maintain the database of 1000+ products
Qualifications:
- Highly organized
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Able to organize and analyze spreadsheets and databases
- Excellent communication skills
- Cheerful and motivated, good attitude essential
- Equally comfortable working independently and as part of team
- Flexible, understanding that the needs of a small business are constantly evolving
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of French desirable but not required
- Extensive spreadsheet experience
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills
