Waterway is seeking a Database and Applications Analyst to develop and continually improve our IT infrastructure and reporting systems.

We’re looking for a leader who can use their skills to ensure that the data driven reporting and applications used across our operations is dependable and effective. This includes the reliability of customer facing technology, internal reporting, and database architecture. This is a great opportunity to develop experience in root cause problem solving, continuous improvement, and the selection, development, and implementation of new systems.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Driving license
• Authorized to work in the US
• Degree in Computer Science/related field or equivalent experience (4 yrs.)

Technical Skills & Experience

• Microsoft SQL Server administration, advance query building, and report building.
• .NET Web Application Technologies using C#, Web Forms, MVC and Angular
• LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SDWAN deployment and management skills.
• Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019 administration
• Security best practices - email security, networking concepts, threats, tools, and remediation techniques
• Development experience using Visual Studio and Git repositories
• 2+ years leading projects
