We are a growing Property Services company looking for a new Day Porter to add to our team. Royal Oak is a one-call solution for maintenance, repairs, construction, and tenant services, serving owners, property managers, and tenants since 1984. Having over 600 commercial and retail properties within our portfolio we understand the unique demands our property owners require, and with this growing demand our Royal Oak family needs to grow as well. Our team has a combined professional experience of over 150+ years within commercial property management, maintenance, repair, property improvement, construction, tenant services, and tenant relations, and we’re looking for the right candidate to bring their expertise and know-how to help grow these numbers.
We are looking for a thorough Day Porter to undertake the responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality of a commercial property premises. A Day Porter is a thorough professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines. The goal is to maintain the buildings and common areas in the best possible condition.
Responsibilities
Conduct general upkeep procedures
Report any issues that may arise
Be proactive, efficient with time management
Interact professionally and courteous
Report any issues or concerns directly to immediate supervisor
Skills
Proven experience as Day Porter
Basic understanding of maintaining the cleanliness of commercial properties
Knowledge of cleaning/maintenance processes and methods
Working knowledge of cleaning and maintenance tools, materials and devices
Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.50 per hour
