Delivery Driver Job at All Import Auto Parts
We are looking for a responsible and highly motivated individual to add to our great team! Our Delivery drivers play a big role in our company and what our customers expect from us. They are solely responsible for getting the order to the customer's door on time every day. This is a Monday-Friday, no weekend, driving position. We do offer medical insurance, 401K, 401K matching, and PTO/Vacation. The job begins at 7 AM and is done when the route is completed.
Essential Job Duties:
- Ensures safe operations of vehicle at all times and follows the rules of the road
- Performs pre-trip and post-trip maintenance on assigned truck prior to leaving or closing for the day. Reports any maintenance problems to Transportation/Dispatcher for follow-up
- Makes all scheduled deliveries as required in a timely basis.
- Presents bills and receipts, and collect payments for parts delivered
- Uses and maintains the tools and equipment found on delivery vehicles, such as pallet jacks, two-wheeled carts, securing straps
- Providing excellent customer service to our customers.
- Assumes other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 24 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 75 pounds
- Good interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills
- Clean Driving Record
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
