Salary Range: $20/Hr. on W2 + 1.5 Times Over Time
Job Description & Skill Requirement:

2 plus years of experience working in IT (tier I field preferred). Knowledge of weather.com and the Weather App Suite. Strong customer service skills. Working knowledge of cloud technology. Strong understanding of server infrastructure. Experience executing production level incident management and outage escalations. Must possess superior analytical and communication skills, as well as technical aptitude. Understanding of basic deployment and the Change Management process. Basic understanding of network operations and support (preferred). Call centre or ticket management experience is a plus.
