Job Description:
Core Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Product Managers and business leads to understand key questions, business objectives, priority customer journeys, and other data and reporting needs
- Define strategic business (what) and technical (how) requirements for measuring new features across the digital platforms (i.e., web and app)
- Prioritize and track the progress of enhancements and bugs in JIRA
- Work closely with QA to ensure strong data integrity
- Partner closely with Product Owners and UX/UI to review new user experiences and understand plan/timelines
- Actively participate in cross-functional working sessions to identify, communicate, and resolve data capture issues
- Work cross-functionally to standardize marketing tags & input them in company tag management systems
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $50.00 per hour
