Cella has partnered with a well-known retail brand in their search for a Digital Analytics Strategist to join their team for a 6-month contract! This is an exciting opportunity to get hands-on experience with a popular brand and work alongside a dedicated team a few days a week in Bolingbrook, IL.

As a Digital Analytics Strategist you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies to improve our client's online marketing efforts. To be considered for this role candidates must have 5+ years of experience implementing tag management systems.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Product Managers and business leads to understand key questions, business objectives, priority customer journeys, and other data and reporting needs.
• Define strategic business (what) and technical (how) requirements for measuring new features across the digital platforms (i.e., web and app).
• Prioritize and track progress of enhancements and bugs in JIRA.
• Work closely with QA to ensure strong data integrity.
• Partner closely with Product Owners and UX/UI to review new user experiences and understand PI plan/timelines.
• Actively participate in cross-functional working sessions to identify, communicate, and resolve data capture issues.
• Work cross-functionally to standardize marketing tags & input them in tag management systems.

Qualifications:

• Experience level: Experienced
• Education: Bachelors (required)
• Must have 5 years of experience.
• Strong understanding and implementation of tag management systems specifically Tealium iQ required.
• Experience with building measurement plans and an understanding of digital analytics tools (i.e., Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics).
• Understanding of debugging and automation testing tools and methods.
• General understanding of event-driven data layer and client-side tracking concepts.
• Skills:
  • JIRA (5 years of experience is required)
  • Google Analytics (5 years of experience is required)
  • Adobe Snalytics (5 years of experience is preferred)
  • Tealium iQ (5 years of experience is required)
