Keystone Community Living, Inc. has direct care openings available in our group homes located throughout central New Jersey.

We are looking for committed, caring individuals to provide support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities of this position include providing verbal and physical assistance necessary to help individuals achieve their goals in the areas of personal care, medication administration, community integration, and behavioral guidance. Part-time and Full-time opportunities are available!

To be a Direct Support Professional, you need to be at least 18 years with a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED, possess a New Jersey driver’s license, be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, and be able to lift 50lbs. You must also pass a drug screen, TB test, physical, reference check, and federal, state and agency clearances.

From May 1, 2022 through August 31, 2022 if you are hired in this position, each year for the first 2 years on your anniversary date with Keystone, you will receive a bonus of 25 cents for every regular hour you worked within the prior year.
