Residential Services
If you enjoy a more relaxed, home-based environment, with the flexibility of day, night, and weekend shifts, Residential Services might be the right fit for you.
Residential Services provides individualized supports to all clients in the program. Services may be around the clock or on a scheduled basis. Some of our clients have roommates, while others live alone. Our focus is to assist the individual in living the life they choose and achieving goals they have established for themselves. This may include community employment, hobbies, volunteering, furthering their education, participating in a day service program, recreation, or other leisure activities. We truly care and want to give each client a happy life; the life they dream of. Locations are currently available in Southeastern Indiana.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must possess or be able to complete requirements for First Aid/CPR certification and Medication Administration.
- Eighteen (18) Years of Age or Older
- Ability to communicate adequately to complete required forms and reports of services provided; follow oral and written instructions; and communicate with the person served in the individual's mode of communication.
- Complete training and demonstrate continuous competency.
- Have and maintain Valid State-Issued Driver’s License
- Have and maintain state minimum Vehicle Insurance Coverage if transporting a person served.
- Have and maintain an acceptable Bureau of Motor Vehicles driving record.
- Have a reliable vehicle in good repair if transporting people served in personal vehicles.
- Have a valid social security card.
- Must be able to pass all applicable background checks.
- Must be able to safely utilize transport equipment such as wheelchairs and walkers.
- Must pass a drug test and TB screening.
