The Director has the responsibility for directing the daily operations of a fast casual restaurant as well as executing objectives in their respective areas of focus noted below. This role will report directly to their respective General Manager. This role entails an on-site position with full-time or part-time work. Must have a flexible schedule with nights and weekends being required. Must have understanding of FOH and BOH operations.

Job Qualifications:

The following requirements must be met in order to qualify for this position:

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• 2 years of previous Restaurant Management experience

Training Director:

• Conducting In-Store Orientations

• Holding Monthly Trainer Meetings

HR Director:

• Creating Weekly Schedules and Plans
• Weekly Contacting Candidates and Interviewing
• Compiling Weekly Reports
• Monthly Scrutinizing of Employee List

People Director:

• Reviewing and Strategizing with Guest Survey Goals
• Tracking and Executing Staff Celebrations
• Dining Room Facilities Maintenance
• Empowering Staff to Handle Guest Recovery
• Addressing Escalated Guest Complaints

Quality Director:

• Inventory Management, Ordering and Reporting
• Reviewing and Achieving Food-Related Guest Survey Goals
• Kitchen Facilities and Equipment Maintenance
• Conducting Mock Inspections for Steritech/Health Inspections
• Oil Management
