Position Overview: The Marketing Director will be responsible for enhancing our brand as well as increase the market presence of Highway and Heavy Parts products throughout North America. While working closely with our management team, merchandising team, ecommerce team, and graphics team, the Marketing Director will lead our marketing strategy, web, social and digital content, and marketing material.
Tasks you’ll perform:
- Reviewing and developing strategies to produce highly effective marketing campaigns for both traditional and digital channels
- Analyzing the competitive environment and consumer trends within our different product categories and various geographic markets
- Conduct customer, brand and product research initiatives
- Providing guidance and input into decisions regarding new products as well as existing products
- Developing marketing strategies for new and existing products in our various markets and channels (i.e. digital and direct campaigns, events, social media, promotional collateral, etc.)
- Work with other departments on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth strategies
- Develop and implement marketing plans, including promotional calendars and programs, new product introductions and other marketing projects
- Develop and maintain a high-performance culture in this function, resulting in continued success meeting functional KPIs and driving efficiency
- Supervise a marketing team, including hiring, training, workloads, schedules and deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $110,000.00 per year
