BEHOLD! Caesars Sportsbook, America's leading sports book provider, has an immediate opening for a Director of Sportsbook Customer Retention. The Director of Sportsbook Customer Retention oversees, plans, and coordinates the execution of deliverables associated with the established retention strategy for digital sports betting.
What You Will Do:
- In collaboration with the regional promotions managers and state leadership teams, develop monthly promotional calendars, tentpole marketing plans, and execute on the reinvestment strategy on a national basis based on corporate priorities, customer feedback, and analytics.
- Involved in development of monthly and yearly expense and revenue budgets in conjunction with the other digital stakeholders to ensure that each state achieves their targets and manages to those budgets.
- Creates communication strategy outline by month for each region.
- Works together with analytics to review business performance of the business and come up with actionable recommendations for promotions campaigns to optimize spend and yield.
- Assist in developing segmentation testing schedule working with analytics, technology/product, VIP, other marketing functions to set out clear rationale, matrix, and test/control framework.
- Working with project management and state leaderships teams to establish a new state launch roadmap, taking learnings from prior launches and feedback from customer support, field marketing, and other partners.
- Coordinate with other marketing functions to integrate approved strategies and recommendations into monthly calendars.
- Oversee the execution of strategic plans, marketing spends and yield.
- Provides guidance to the teams on the loyalty program, segmentation, and communication strategies.
- Works with the promotions team, CRM, corporate and digital marketing teams to develop and finalize executional details of promotions and contests.
- Works with promotion operations teams to identify opportunities and ensure accurate execution of digital marketing strategies.
- Approve creative, proforma, counts, and campaign set up.
- Oversee creative development & proofing.
- Oversee day to day campaign lifecycle and digital promotions team.
- Contributes to promotions team development, through:
- Making improvements to templates/processes and creates new tools and processes in support of business needs.
- Hiring, coaching, developing and mentoring Specialists, Coordinators, Managers to ensure best practices become incorporated within the team.
- Working with peers within and across digital and other Pod teams to ensure collaboration and best practice sharing.
What You Will Need:
- College degree in Marketing or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years in Senior Marketing Leadership position.
- Advanced customer service skills and problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
- Must be able to type and talk on the phone for extended periods of time
- Regular attendance in the office
