We are looking for a skilled e-commerce leader to help us launch, optimize and drive sales of our products on marketplace platforms such as Wayfair and Amazon and our D2C website. The ideal candidate is a technical wizard with the business acumen to grow sales. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a team supporting the evolution of Phoenix Metro’s best outdoor living furniture brand.

The primary responsibility is managing e-commerce operations across external and internal e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Wayfair, and Shopify.

Job Summary

The E-Commerce Sales Manager will support short- and long-term plans supporting Paddy O’ Furniture’s online sales and marketing goals. This hands-on role works collaboratively with the Director of E-Commerce and Marketing, the internal marketing team, and the operations team.

Essential Job Functions

  • Owns catalog management on Amazon and Wayfair
  • Create, manage, and optimize listings for all marketplaces, including the Wayfair ecosystem, Amazon 3P Seller Central, Shopify, and other online marketplaces.
  • Monitor sales trends and look for opportunities to increase traffic, conversions, and revenue.
  • Create, manage, and optimize affiliate marketing, retargeting, advertising, and marketing strategies that drive sales with a profitable ROAS
  • Shopify e-commerce website setup, development, and maintenance.
  • Provide backup to Online Sales Support by reviewing and responding to customer service-related issues through email, chat, and telephone correspondence.
  • Analyze customer behavior on the sites, including customer navigation, on-site search, checkout flow, etc.
  • Present suggestions and ideas to increase conversion and customer engagement
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Process & Time Management

  • Estimates, tracks, and manages resources (hours) needed for assigned projects.
  • Identifies and recommends additional graphic design, photography, marketing, and content creation resource needs early in project planning.
  • Follow approval and proofing procedures to ensure accuracy for all work products.

Minimum Requirements & Skills

  • 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce management
  • Proven track record of growing online sales
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on findings
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office with advanced Excel experience, G-Suite, and experience with content management systems
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent oral and written English language communication skills
  • Excellent follow-up skills
  • Good understanding of Logistics and operations

Education/Certifications

Four-year degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field
