We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced E-Commerce Manager to join our team and manage our Amazon marketplace operations.

Responsibilities:

• As the E-Commerce Manager, your primary focus will be to develop, manage, and optimize our Amazon presence to drive sales growth and enhance our brand. Key responsibilities include:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive Amazon strategy, including product listings, pricing, advertising campaigns, and promotions.
• Optimize product listings, ensuring accurate product information, optimized titles, bullet points, descriptions, and images to maximize search visibility and conversion.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on Amazon marketplace performance, utilizing Amazon Seller Central and other analytical tools to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Manage and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display) to achieve target ACoS and ROAS.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to ensure product availability, inventory management, and timely fulfillment.
• Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify market trends and stay ahead of the competition.
• Manage Amazon account health, ensuring compliance with Amazon policies and guidelines, and addressing any performance notifications or account issues promptly.
• Stay current with industry trends, Amazon algorithm updates, and emerging tools or technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute Amazon-specific marketing initiatives, including enhanced brand content, product videos, and Amazon Storefront.
• Continuously identify and pursue new opportunities to expand our presence on Amazon, including new marketplaces, product categories, or promotional opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing and growing an Amazon Seller or Vendor account, with a proven track record of driving sales and increasing market share.
• In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Advertising, and Amazon FBA.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making and strategy.
• Proficient in Excel and experience with Amazon-specific analytics tools such as Jungle Scout, Helium 10, or Sellics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to various stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Familiarity with other e-commerce platforms (e.g., Walmart, eBay, Shopify) is a plus.
