Duties and Responsibilities:

· Competency in electrical duties

· Basic code compliant wiring

· Tenant fit out experience

· Demo and wiring of apartments and condos

· Circuits and lighting

· Site & LED lighting

· Troubleshooting

· Ability to read prints or schematics

· Perform work safely and conscientiously

· Maintain accurate and detailed records

Requirements:

· Minimum of 6 years professional electrical experience

· Professional license and certifications a plus

· Background and drug screen required

· Positive, Cooperative, Team Oriented Attitude

· Professional appearance'
