responsibilities:
- Assemble mechanical parts, as instructed in accordance to manufacturing documentation (assembly instructions, process documents, travelers, etc.) into sub-units or complete units.
- Mechanical assembly concepts to include gear and motor drive assembly
- Wire electronic components as instructed in accordance to manufacturing documentation (assembly instructions, process documents, travelers, etc.) into sub-units or complete units
- Assembles parts into sub-units or complete units, including sub-assembly, process assembly, inspection, modifications, upgrades and rework.
- Completes production/quality related documentation
- Cable and Panel wiring
- Performs work in accordance with quality and engineering standards
- Responsible for inspecting and testing their own work before moving to next routing step
- Keep work area clean and organized as to present a professional work environment
- Other duties as assigned
- 5 + years' experience in manufacturing/production environment
- Electro-Mechanical experience with:
- Schematic reading and comprehension (Mechanical and Electrical)
- Measuring tools (Multi-meters, Continuity testers, tape measure, calipers, etc.)
- Hand tools (Wrenches, Screwdrivers, Torque tools, Small power tools)
- Schematic reading and comprehension (Mechanical and Electrical)
- Associated degree in electronic field
- Certifications (Current or Non-Current)
- IPC-610
- IPC-620
- J-Standard 001
- Quality controlled environment
- IPC-610
qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 5 years of experience
