We are looking for a talented Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our team for our location in Neillsville, WI.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Perform troubleshooting, repair, and rebuilding of manufacturing production equipment
- Select and use appropriate tools, machinery, and specialty equipment.
- Learns and understands the protocols of working safely with electricity and other energy sources with industrial equipment.
- Performs work in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and specifications using various tools, measuring, and testing instruments.
- Performs other miscellaneous duties as required to meet production goals.
- Participates actively with local Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) teams in ways to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
- 2-year degree in Electromechanical Technology or Controls and Automation preferred.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
- Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
- Must have PLC experience
- Must have PLC Programming experience
- Must have previous experience with Robots (ABB, Fanuc, Denso, Hahn)
- Must have previous experience with Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
- Plastic injection molding experience is a plus
- Ability to work 3rd shift - 10:15pm – 6:15am Sun – Thurs. Overtime every other Friday.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
