What will you do?

In this incredible opportunity, you will collaborate with a high-energy, driven team as you build a solid foundation in sales and operations. Upon completing the 10-month program you will transition into a related position at one of our numerous locations in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

• Focus on career growth and personal development.
• Complete the Elevate program concentrating on the instruction and practical application for Martin Products, Manufacturing, Company Operating Systems, Sales, Corporate Functions, and other necessary skills to run our business.
• This is a salaried, non-commission position with full benefits and an excellent 401K plan.

Key Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Willingness to travel extensively for 6-12 months and relocate to one of Martin's locations in your preferred region
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Un-yielding commitment to customer service
• Must be able to train, learn, and grow in a team environment
• Independent ability to evaluate situations, solve problems, and make decisions
• Versatility to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• Computer proficiency and organizational skills
• Energetic and positive with a willingness to grow skillsets
• Must be open to relocation

Bonus Points:

• 1-2 years of sales/customer service experience
• Business, Mechanical, Industrial, or Engineering related education
