What you do:

The Security Guard proactively protects the facility and consistently engages visitors in a friendly manner. The Security Guard is attentive, professional, and helpful to the staff and visitors of the facility and is a key individual to ensure the safety of the facility.

• Protect company’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment
• Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances
• Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property
• Apprehend criminals and evict violators
• Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences
• Report in detail any suspicious incidents
• Patrol randomly or regularly building and perimeter
• Perform first aid or CPR
• Answer phones and help visitors as needed and more

What you need:

• High school degree or equivalent
• Proven work experience as a security guard or relevant position
• Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols
• Surveillance skills and detail orientation
• Integrity and professionalism
